This website is operated by Anson Photography and by using it and / or any other service provided by Anson Photography, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
1 Copyright
1.1 The copyright of all images created by Anson Photography including those featured on this website remains with Anson Photography.
1.2 Images may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Anson Photography. A charge may be made for this consent, if given.
1.3 If you choose to purchase images in a digital form (e.g. download, CD, DVD, memory stick) or are given images in this form as part of a purchased package, unless otherwise stated, Anson Photography grants you a license to reproduce these images for personal private use only, once payment has been received in full.
1.4 Anson Photography reserves the right to use any images it creates for publicity, commercial and promotional purposes including use on this website. It will of course exercise discretion and "common sense" where appropriate, particularly with images of a private or sensitive nature e.g. military installations or children's portraits.
2 Wedding Bookings
2.1 A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total order value will normally be required. Bookings are only considered confirmed once this payment has been cleared.
2.2 A further 50% of the total value must be paid no less than 1 month before the booked date. The remained will be invoiced upon delivery of the finished photography.
2.2 In the event of a re-scheduling of a wedding, Anson Photography will endeavour to meet the revised date without affecting other appointments but cannot guarantee availability.
2.3 Where the client cancels a wedding the non-refundable booking fee may, at the discretion of Anson Photography, be held on account and used against a re-booking provided this is made within 3 months of the cancellation date.
2.4 Cancellations made within 3 calendar months of the booked date will be subject to an additional 25% cancellation fee (making the total payable 50% of original agreed price)2.5 Cancellations made within 1 calendar month of the booked date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee (making the total payable 75% of the original agreed price)
